A7: It will depend on the
connection you have. If you are registered with a cable network

You can check if you will

you get a response from the computer then the line should
connect. If the line states that the number is not available,
you will not be able to connect and our service unfortunately
will not work with your connection.
Q8: Can I use my existing emails
with the DialupISP Internet's connection?
A8: You may use
Outlook Express to retrieve your existing emails through the DialupISP
Internet, assuming that your current ISP (Internet Service
Provider) will allow you to keep your email account open.
However, some ISP's will only allow you to retrieve mails from
their accounts using their own dial up.
Q10: What can I do if I cannot get
to a specific web site?
A10: Probable causes: The
web server address you entered may be incorrect.
The server on which the
web page is located may be shut down or busy.
The web page may no
longer exist. Solution: If you typed the web address, make sure
it exactly matches the web address that you were given,
including spelling, punctuation and capitalization.
If you are following a
link or connecting to a page from your "Favorites" list, the
problem is probably with the web page itself, not your
connection to the Internet. You can try to click the refresh
button to refresh the page. If the computer that stores the web
page (the server) was shut down or too busy to handle your first
request, it may be able to display the page later.
Check to see if the web
page has moved. In some cases, you will be given a "forwarding
address", or automatically taken to the new page after a brief
wait.
Q11: I keep getting the error
message "Modem cannot detect a dial tone"?
A11: If you receive the
error message "modem cannot detect a dial tone" you can quickly
establish if the problem is in your phone line or in your modem
or your phone is at fault:
1. Make sure the phone
line coming from the wall goes to the modem connection that
reads line, Jack or to wall.
2. Unplug the line going
to the modem and connect it to a phone.
3. Listen for a "Dial
tone". If there is no dial tone, the problem is with your phone
