DialupISP was set up by a group of young software developers who wanted to get onto the Internet for as quickly and reliably as possible.  They knew they were being over charged for their Internet usage, so they launched their own ISP (Internet Service Provider) to give themselves and other users a "no nonsense", straight forward connection to the Internet.  When you Sign-Up to DialupISP you will do so knowing that the reliability of our service is our guarantee.
